"Diaspora, the main factor of rotation"/ Zhupa: Rama's 33

Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa spoke in parliament, stressing that the Diaspora vote will be crucial for the political rotation in Albania. She added that immigrants will condemn the majority for making them leave the country, while stating that Albania has the image of a country filled with hashish and crime.

"The diaspora will be the main factor of political rotation and will give the answer after you made them flee the country. It will also give the answer for their relatives in Albania. But, it will also give an answer for the bad publicity we have as the country of hashish and crime."
