On July 19, the news that the EU has suspended funding for agriculture in Albania took hold, becoming the most talked about development for days, but it seems that during that time the head of the Democratic Party of Vula, Lulzim Basha, was sleepy and didn't pay attention.

Through a post on social networks, Basha writes that the decision of Brussels to suspend the grants of the IPARD program shows, according to him, the stupidity of this government, which abuses EU funds.

The decision of Brussels to suspend the grants of the IPARD program shows the stupidity of this government, which also abuses EU funds, leaving the honest farmers of this country at the mercy of fate, in order to favor ordinary customers who use these funds to build villas in luxury seaside complexes.

For this scandal, which raised the face of Albania in front of European partners and which hinders our journey towards the EU, the Democratic Party will request the establishment of a Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry to clarify the misuse of funds for agriculture and to guarantee the transparency that citizens deserve.
