Prime Minister Edi Rama once again mocked the opposition this afternoon, in a meeting he held with the citizens in Pogradec.

Rama said that the opposition cannot change a light bulb, it likes darkness, it likes dirt and illegal constructions.

"Today Ilir Xhakolli has installed public lighting, not in Pogradec, but in all 73 villages around. Where are the lights at night if you put them in the office? They can't change a light bulb and they like darkness, they like dirt. They don't mind at all; democracy, freedom, trash, people all together, they live together, they like constructions without permits, they like permits for ugly constructions", he said, continuing with jokes.

The head of the government described the election of the mayor as the purchase of a horse that pulls the cart.

"The election of the mayor is like going to the market to buy the horse to pull the cart. You will buy a horse to pull the cart or because of the anger of the one who sells the horse who is on the left you will go to buy, not a donkey, no, because the donkey is quite a personality, the donkey has carried God on its back. But who are you going to get to pull the cart or are you going to pull it yourself?
