Kelliçi presented the plan to support farmers in Vishnje, Vaqarr, Pinet, Peze, Ndroq, Zallher, Kasalle, Dritas. In these areas, the opposition candidate presented his program with 5 priorities for the municipality of Tirana, while also addressing the concerns of residents in rural areas. Initially, Belind Këlliçi presented his commitment to free public transport, which after May 14 will also be benefited by the residents of the former municipalities in all parts of Tirana, who will save more money with this.

"The promise I gave about the free bus drove him crazy. And yes, from here I am saying it again, the bus after May 14 will be free, in the city and in the countryside. And this is indisputable because there are 200,000 citizens per day who use this service. There are 200,000 citizens a day who need to take the bus. Sometimes they pay 400 lek, somewhere they pay 800 lek, somewhere they pay 1500 lek, but there are also those who have 2000 lek for the road, like the residents of Shëngjergji, Këlliçi said.

Free public transport will cost families in Tirana every month. Calling them not to sell their votes, Belind Kelliçi told the citizens that with him as mayor, the citizens' living costs will be reduced.

For this reason, he said that only from free public transport, the citizens of Tirana will save 52 thousand ALL every month.

"Imagine removing this economic burden from 200,000 people a day. They will have at least 52 thousand lek more per month. I find here the opportunity to make an appeal to all the citizens who follow us. Reject the money that comes to you, to sell the vote, because when it comes to the ballot box, it's you and God. Think about the future of your children, about the future of your family, think about yourself. Belind Kelliçi repeated for the residents of rural areas his ambitious program, so that for the first time the municipality subsidizes farmers. Kelliçi said that there will be 7 million euros per year in subsidies for farmers, also emphasizing the establishment of 15 agro-food markets where farmers will have the opportunity to sell their products.
