Prime Minister Edi Rama has accused the mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, of not being able to start the work and the projects to cover the buildings in Shkodra with hoods and waterproofing because, according to him, the latter does not give him permission.

Rama from Shkodra emphasized that there are some projects that cannot be started because the municipality is preventing them.

He said, among other things, that PD has been taking over Shkodra for 31 years without conditions and has not been able to make it an example municipality.

"In every city, we finance residential buildings that are covered with hoods and have much better waterproofing than ordinary buildings, and this reduces energy consumption.

There are 5-6 others like this who cannot start work because the municipality does not give us permission. We have done what we could and not what we wanted.
