Argita Malltezi spoke about the protests in front of the Municipality of Tirana during an interview on the show "Debat" with Alba Alishan.

Malltezi asked for toughening of the protests. She stated that she previously wanted to see peaceful protests, but stressed that the situation has reached a desperate state.

"I was very strict that I would like to see the PD refrain from physical attacks on institutions, but today, unfortunately, we have reached such a desperate state that the main pillars of democracy have fallen, the Albanians no longer have an education system, a justice or health system that are reasons to flee the country.

I am for more than that if I think they solve the situation, but of course the situation is solved if those actions are done in front of the one who is the main responsible, which is Edi Rama", underlined Malltezi./ CNA
