But there is another detail. Arben Rakipi was previously reported to SPAK for the criminal offense of abuse of office, and the file against him was closed just a few days ago.

The file has been closed by the prosecutor who is overseeing the criminal file of the incinerators, Dritan Prençi, although the case against him is expected to be taken to the Appeals Court.
