The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, in a conversation with journalists, announced that on March 9 he will announce the list of voters from the Diaspora.

Celibashi stated that after the publication of the list, all those who want to make changes will only be able to do so in the address and no other data.

"What is provided for in the Electoral Code is the following. From March 9, only those who are registered have the right to request changes related to the address and only to the address with the data they have in the PER."

Everything else regarding their identity is correct and there is no room for correction. There may be room for a predetermined number of voters per address.

We have completed the process, we will announce the preliminary list on the 9th. If any inaccuracies are found in the address, the data will be reconsidered.

"The CEC may request clarifications in any case," said Celibashi.

Among other things, Celibashi said that anyone with complaints can address the Tirana Court through an online platform.

"All those whose requests have been rejected by the CEC can appeal no later than April 11 to the Tirana Court, through an online platform," Celibashi declared./ CNA
