DP's appeal against the result in Kukës/ KAS rejects 3 DP requests

The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) today reviewed the DP's request regarding the results of the elections in Kukës.

The KAS has rejected three requests from the DP and has only accepted two of them.

The request was accepted regarding the review of DHL data on diaspora votes in Greece and the report of the technical auditors.

On the other hand, the KAS decided to reject the request to cross-reference fingerprints from PEI devices with voters.

Another request that was rejected was the one for the provision of special registers of each voting center and the minutes of the closing of the VC.

The KAS addressed the CEC, requesting that it make maximum efforts to secure and make available the requested data as soon as possible.

The next meeting was postponed to May 30 at 10:00./ CNA
