The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, inspected today the works on the Qukës-Qafë Plloçë road axis. In her speech, in addition to emphasizing the deadlines for the completion of this axis, Balluku stated that measures are being taken to ensure a work pace, as the weather conditions guarantee that they are in all conditions for operation.

Balluku stated that in order to meet this deadline, work is being done on all 3 sections of the road with 3 contracting companies, so that everything will be ready by the end of this summer.

"As the summer progresses, the rains and the temperature drop will begin, and it is likely that the construction site will be delayed by a year, and this will not happen and it will be delivered within this year. The light comes on around 5 am and until 8:00-8:30 pm we are in operating conditions, despite all the measures that will be taken to illuminate the construction site. As we have announced, with the 3 contractors working on all three parts of this road, it is very important for us to have a rhythm and the works to be completed within this summer," said Balluku./CNA
