The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, taking the trigger also from the arrests in the Municipality of Tirana, states in an article on social networks that this institution has the face of Erion Veliaj.

According to Manjani, fraud and fraud are the two obvious flaws of that institution.

"The image they successfully convey is a fraud. In fact, they are hiding the massive theft they are doing to the city. This is what their SPAK is trying to tell them, of which they are proud. Proud but sad", says Manjani.

Every institution has the leader's face. This axiom has already been proven. The Municipality of Tirana has the face of Erion Velija.

Fraud and treachery are the two obvious flaws of that institution.

Beyond any doubt, the associates of Erion Velija have worked as if they were their own property.
I don't deal with the "evidence" that SPAK releases for public consumption, because I don't want to be part of popular justice against them. I don't need to do this because as a resident and voter of Tirana, these public facts are enough for me to conclude that the municipality is run by fraudsters:
1. The municipality with the largest income in the country has not yet financed a major public service. . The word is still not built a system to collect the poop, our collective product which flows to Lana through the city.
2. We never understood where our tax and fee money goes. No attempt at transparency in planning and spending was made.
3. We never understood the logic of abusive parking lots and the fines associated with them. Chaos in the traffic is part of this policy of oppression.
4. The National Theater collapsed without a single piece of written paper, without a new approved project and without any planned budget. A city heritage building was demolished.
5. Destroyed private buildings and even palaces, adding to the homeless, robbing private property for construction purposes.
6. In particular, the differentiated and even hateful treatment of residents whose houses were in the process of legalization, was typical of the behavior of this municipality.
7. The number of firms that receive work from municipal procurements is less than the fingers of one hand.
8. All concentration of public works remained in the center. Alleys, common spaces and other services after the small ring leave much to be desired. In many cases there is scandalous destruction of infrastructure.
9. They pay the media, journalists and portals to dictate the deception of a man who only lies.
10. The municipality has nothing to do with economic development and employment policies. It is always hidden behind the luck that all business is concentrated in Tirana. Otherwise it plays no role.
The image they convey of "successful" is deceptive. In fact, they hide the massive theft they are doing to the city. This is what their SPAK, of which they are proud, is trying to tell them.
Proud but sad.
