This Tuesday, a hearing was scheduled to be held at the GJKKO for the revocation of the arrest warrant for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, but the two prosecutors of the case did not appear again.

Thus, the hearing was adjourned to Monday, April 8, at 1:00 p.m. After leaving the GJKKO, the lawyer Genc Gjokutaj, brought charges against the Special Prosecutor's Office and the GJKKO.

Gjokutaj described the postponement of the session as a scenario for the burning of Berisha's mandate.

"When we exhaust the arguments before the court, we will inform you, but see that before our arguments, which are legally supported in both national and international acts, the lack of prosecutors should draw attention to you as the media and I told you, once again, investigate this case.

I call on the head of SPAK to at least take an interest in this lack.
