The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, at the Parliamentary Group meeting, accused the KLP and the KLGJ of corruption.

Berisha said that 80% of prosecutors' offices and courts do not have directors because these positions are reserved for patronage agents or candidates have to pay money for these positions.

" You can't imagine what a burden the so-called justice system is today.

You have heard and read that 80 percent of prosecutors' offices and courts do not have a president.

Look at the corporations of shame. The KLGJ and KLP, their constitutional governments, do not appoint the presidents.

But do you know why? The motives are ultra-corruptive.

Or that those who are, who meet the criteria, because the Constitution has established criteria for being president, for 8 years or 10 years, do not meet the criteria.

Or they meet the criteria and pay their way to get that spot.

And finally, they are all reserved for patronageists, who have not served 8 years in the justice system.

Look at what a terrible capture they have made of justice.

What ruthlessness.  These mafiosi, these mafia tentacles.

So, they have established a rule that magistrates must have spent several years in administration. They must be patrons.

The law states that magistrates must be patronage students before entering the Magistrates' School.

Now these patronages are over, some of them. But the problem is that they do not meet the constitutional requirement.
