The Together Movement candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Arlind Qori, spoke this evening about the development of his electoral campaign.

Qori stated that in areas within Tirana, the campaign will be carried out in an urban manner, on foot and by bicycle, while in more remote areas, vehicles will also be used. He stated that he will knock on the door of every citizen to ask for votes regardless of their party preference.

"I will never give a result as much as I will get. This seems offensive to me to the citizens. Within Tirana, our campaign will be done on buses, urban buses, on foot, by bicycle. In more distant areas we will also use the car. I know my city like the palm of my hand. I know the city because I am the first to do the campaign myself. We will knock on doors and we will also create human contact. We are the only party that invites citizens to get to know us as much as possible. Because we have nothing to hide. I will use every opportunity in the media and in the field to get to know me better. We will seek the vote of every citizen regardless of party preference," said the leader of the Together Movement.

Qori further said that if he wins the elections in Tirana, he will not make any changes to the municipality's staff and added that he has not promised anyone a job in exchange for votes.

"In Albania, the practice of those who come from work bringing in the staff they want and firing others must end. If they work more honestly, everyone will stay in their jobs. We have been campaigning for two years and I have not promised any supporter jobs," he said./CNA
