The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, addressed 6 questions to the Prime Minister after the latter's complaint about the properties in Vuno.

According to Berisha, instead of presenting official documents for 224,000 m2 of land in the most touristic area, Rama tried to replace their absence with insults and dirty words from the ordinary, bandit threats and lies.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Rama has warned of a lawsuit against the Democrats for the accusations that he has benefited from thousands of square meters illegally.

Since Edi Rama instead of submitting official documents to prove the ownership of his late mother and her family, for 224 thousand m2 of land in the most touristic and panoramic area of ??the Coast, which he actually does not have because they documents do not exist, he tried to replace their absence with insults with ordinary dirty words, bandit threats, lies and thick and banal deceptions.

In order to give him the opportunity to clarify the public about the Gjipeja file and his direct links with this file of 224 thousand square meters of land, today I am asking him publicly some questions:

1- Did you, Edvin Gjipea, declare on May 24, 2024, I'm quoting that: 'my late mother and I have never asked for a square meter of land'?.

2- Is your mother Aneta Rama Koleka, together with other Kolekas, a party to the court case with the state that requested 224 thousand square meters of land in Gjipe?

3- If so, why did you deceive publicly on May 24, did you speak on behalf of yourself, but also on behalf of your late mother who could not refute you? Do you know, Edvin Gjipea, that public fraud is a criminal offense, and public fraud in the name of a person who is no longer alive is a criminal offense twice as serious as the first.

4- Your late mother is no longer alive, so are you and Olsi her heirs or not? Don't you mean it's only Olsi?

5- How is it possible that these 224 thousand meters in Gjipe did not exist registered in the cadastre of the time of the kingdom, the time of the occupation, nor the time of communism, by the owners who appear today?
