This is how Alfred Peza makes fun of the RTSH Governing Council

The masquerade that continues on Albanian Radio and Television has no end. This masquerade has only one author and that is Alfred Peza, (Fred or Fërja) as he is usually called.

After almost a year, Peza has sent the candidacies for the leaders of the Units to the Governing Council.

These are:

- For the Programming Unit, Bora Xhania and Casey Lama (his Assistant). For Deputy General Director, Genc Çaushi and Aurora Poli.

- For the News Unit, Blerta Filopati and Olsi Laskaj.

- For the Technical Unit, Edlir Rrapaj and Anesti Nasi.

We are saying it bluntly: there is and cannot be a bigger mockery of the Governing Council. And to think that this shame and ridicule is done by Fred Peza, is worse than that.

The heads of the Units, commanded for about a year in an illegal manner, openly illegal, Bora Xhania, Blerta Filopati and Edlir Rrapaj, in a normal and legal state, must return to the RTSH coffers all the payment received during this process illegal.

All three of Fred Peza's gypsies know this very well. Being "journalists", they know very well that they are in violation of the law. What we, the taxpayers, do not know is the fact that where is their professionalism, culture and ultimately their personal dignity, that even knowing that they are in violation of the law, they continue to remain in office, and even expect to be legitimized by The Governing Council?!...

Where are the violations?

According to the Law and the Statute for RTSH, the leaders of the units are chosen by the Management Council, on the proposal of the General Director. According to a decision of the Governing Council, applied previously, a competition is opened for this selection process and from this competition no less than two candidacies are selected by the general director, which are presented to the Governing Council for voting.

Meanwhile, the Law has determined the criteria that candidates must fulfill.

In the chapter "Criteria and incompatibilities for the election of the Deputy General Director and the heads of the administrative units in the composition of the RTSH", it is stated: Point 1, that: "have direct work or management experience in the written or audiovisual media no less than 5 years". Point 3: Incompatibilities for the Deputy General Director and heads of administrative units of RTSH, are the same as those of the General Director": "have at least 10 years of work experience, of which 5 years in media management positions , public institutions (not administration), private sector, in communication sciences, communication and digital technologies".

Point 3 is also the point where the legislator gave priority to the authority of the Deputy General Director and the heads of the units, equating them with the criteria of the General Director:

Shkelja e parë e Pezës është komandimi i Bora Xhania, Blerta Filopati dhe Edlir Rrapaj. Komandimi si koncept lidhet me punonjësit e brendshëm dhe ka si qëllim përmbushjet e disa detyrave bazë me një afat kohor të shkurtër dhe që duhet të përmbushë vakuumin deri në zgjidhjen përfundimtare.

Ky koncept bie, është shpërbërë, është i jashtëligjshëm dhe i dënueshëm administrativisht, sepse afati kohor rreth një vit tejkalon çdo lloj argumenti ligjor. Përpos kësaj, të tre të komanduarit nuk kanë shkuar për miratim, edhe në rast komandimi, në Këshillin Drejtues, i cili e ka këtë të drejtë sipas ligjit. Rroga prej gati një viti e këtyre drejtuesve të komanduar të jashtëligjshëm përbën dëm ekonomik dhe duhet shlyer.

Shkelja e dytë e Pezës është fakti që personat në fjalë nuk përmbushin kriteret e përcaktuara sipas ligjit. Vetë mosha fizike e tyre e përjashton automatikisht kriterin e pasjes të paktën 5 vjet në drejtimin e një media. Për të konkretizuar këtë, po përmendim shembujt e Bora Xhania dhe Blerta Filopati, të cilat nuk kanë menaxhuar asnjë media.

Tani të vijmë tek kandidaturat e paraqitura Këshillit Drejtues. Bora Xhania dhe Kejsi Lamaj kanë qenë shoqe klase dhe të dyja kanë punuar tek portali më larg se periferik Alpenews, portal personal i Alfred Pezës. Konflikt i pastër interesi dhe banalitet profesional, përveçse korruptiv. Eshtë denoncuar më heret edhe fakti se për të bërë të mundur kriterin 5-vjeçar, në emër të Bora Xhania, janë paguar në një ditë të vetme, sigurimet e saj për 5 vjet. Kjo është tentativë e dëshpëruar dhe mosnjohje e ligjit, sepse, askush nuk të ndalon të paguash sigurimet e dikujt, por kjo nuk të plotëson kriterin e punësimit. Thjeshtë të ndihmon për pensionin?!...

Por tallja dhe absurditeti deri në neveri i Pezës vazhdon me kandidaten për Zëvëndësdrejtor të Përgjithshëm, Aurora Polo.
Kjo kandidate që ka dërguar Peza, në fakt erdhi në RTSH e punoi pak kohë. Pas debateve të shumta me Fredin e Borë(s)n, ajo dha dorëheqjen dhe nuk është më në RTSH. Deri këtu, malinjiteti dhe pafytyrësia vetëm në mendjet perverse mund të lindin.

Shkurt, Peza ka gjetur disa emra anonimë sa për t’u tallur me Këshillin Drejtues e për t’i vënë ata në pozitë të vështirë që të mund të “ligjërojë” paligjshmërinë që zgjat prej një viti me po të njëjtët njerëz, duke u vënë sejcilit të paligjshëm nga një “Namik Hot” si kandidaturë alternative…

Duke patur të qartë gjithçka u tha më lart, tani kemi disa pyetje për anëtarët e Këshillit Drejtues.

1- A mund të keni kurajo ta shkelni ligjin, në mungesë të kurajos për të dënuar (shkarkuar) shkelësin e ligjit Alfred Peza?

2- A keni kohë e moshë të pranoni të talleni kaq paturpësisht nga një ordiner i korruptuar edhe në sytë dhe me ndihmën tuaj?
