When your situation and your friend's priorities don't match...

A maxi-operation by the police of Belgium, France and the Netherlands through the breakdown of the Sky/ECC application, brought to light the evidence for the functioning of the Albanian mafia and its connections with politics.

They are the closest people with personal, public contact with the country's prime minister.

From March 9, 2021 when the operation began in Belgium, it took 3 and a half years for SPAK, Albania's anti-mafia structure, to act, issuing 50 arrest warrants from 16,800 Albanian users who were part of the app.

Nothing new from the 50 names listed...

Neither for us nor for our friends, ambassadors and partners who serve friendly countries in Tirana.

They are all heads of criminal families, well-known publicly for their public criminal activity but also for their political activity, also public, since 2013 alongside Edi Rama.

Perhaps the most illustrative case is that of Arben Ndoka, convicted of prostitution in Italy and serving the sentence in Albania, who was the main contributor to the "1 million slaps" that brought Edi Rama to power in 2013.

In July 2014 when I denounced it in the parliamentary session, after the coordinated physical attack that followed, I was punished by the Bureau of the Assembly "for verbal violence" in the plenary session.

The decision actually quoted the attitude of Edi Rama a few minutes after the attack in a parliament hall without the presence of the opposition which started at that moment a boycott that would last 6 months.

On that day, the need for the decriminalization of state institutions was articulated for the first time, starting from the parliament, in which 19 deputies were sitting, all recruited by Edi Rama and running with his company, on his lists, in the elections of 2013.

This turned into the main demand of the opposition, as a non-negotiable condition to return to the Assembly.

What was the attitude of friends, ambassadors and diplomats accredited in Tirana?

First silence! No words, no matter how dry, laconic or diplomatic, ZERO REACTION...

The event simply did not happen!

Two months later, in autumn 2014, the OSCE ambassador in Tirana, Florian Rauning, in his report to the center, reported the incident as a banal physical conflict between deputies, after a heated debate in the session.

It proposed the adoption of a Code of Ethics of the Assembly, to discipline the way of behavior and communication between deputies...

Not a word about the fact that Ndoka was convicted by Italian justice, and that like him there were 18 other individuals in the Assembly...

I answered him publicly at the time, asking him why he was proposing a Code of Ethics as a "solution", for a situation that in every European country is solved by the Penal Code and the written and unwritten laws of society...

Of course again no reaction!

Asnjë fjalë për kriminalizimin që po kapte çdo zyrë e sektor nëpër bashkitë e vendit, në OSSHE, Ujësjellës, duke emëruar drejtues, kriminelë të njohur publikisht, të dënuar për krime në Evropë e që shfaqeshin nëpër inaugurime e shtabe elektorale përkrah kryeministrit të vendit...

Jo!

Në këtë pikë të hallit ama, një këshillë ua dha shqiptarëve, si mik: lini duhanin se ju dëmton shëndetin... E bëri i rrethuar nga deputetët e zyrtarët kriminelë të Edi Ramës, faqe gjithë popullit që prej tij priste t'i qante hallin... Por halli i popullit nuk përputhej me prioritetin e mikut, e ky nuk është faji i mikut!

Në kulturën tonë, miku ka gjithmonë të drejtë dhe ti ke detyrimin ta llastosh e të bësh gjithçka që të largohet me mbresa të pashlyeshme, pavarësisht se ç'hall ke! Halli që ke ti, nuk është punë e mikut! Hallin tënd ti e zgjidh vetë!

Por ti hallin e le pazgjidhur se e prisje nga miku, e halli i pazgjidhur vazhdoi të të mblidhet kular në fyt.

Në 2015 kur ligji i dekriminalizimit po bëhej fakt, Arben Ndoka dorëzoi mandatin së bashku me një letër mirënjohje për Edi Ramën, shkruar nga një penë rurale që e përshkruante si një "Zhan Valzhan" që në adoleshencë kishte pasur një "lapsus"...

Në vitin 2016 ama, po Edi Rama e emëron Drejtues Politik të PS për Qarkun Lezhë...

Përpjekjet e opozitës për ta dënuar penalisht atë dhe të tjerët, rezultuan të pasuksesshme në Gjykatën e Lartë!

Vendimi?

Me dy fjalë: Çështja nuk ekziston! Trupa kishte në përbërjen e saj as më shumë e as më pak se... Ardian Dvoranin... Vitet rrodhën dhe Ndoka u zëvendësua nga Ndreca e Rraja të cilët, njësoj, së bashku me familjen janë pjesë e bandës që përdorte Sky/ECC ashtu sikurse "fituesit" e zgjedhjeve fiks me aq sa ç'e ka "parashikuar" Edi Rama 24 orë para votimit... Provat për aktivitetin e tyre kriminal erdhën nga Belgjika, Franca e Holanda! SPAK duhej vetëm t'i arrestonte, por kjo nuk ndodhi.

SPAK pasi i lajmëroi se ka në dorë materialet për 16.800 kriminelë shqiptarë që kanë përdorur aplikacionin, priti mbi 3 vjet që të merrnin masat e "të mbyllnin ca punë" për vete dhe Edi Ramën, e të largoheshin për në Dubai...

Ndërsa miqtë nuk reshtin së lavdëruari SPAK-un, së dekoruari Ardian Dvoranin e së inkurajuari shefin, rekrutuesin, mbrojtësin publikisht të Ndokave, Rrajave, Ndrecave, Avdylajve, Bamëve, Shullazëve, për të vazhduar në këtë rrugë...

"Miku është budallë" thoshte një dibrane e mençur, plakë fisnike që vinte shpesh për të bujt në shtëpinë time kur isha i vogël.
