Will Salillari beat Edi Rama?

The businessman Pellumb Salillari has taken to court the decision of the KKT that confiscated his palace without permission in Liqeni. The trial is tomorrow.

Practically, if Salillari does not withdraw from the trial, the confiscation falls and the entire action of the government for seizing the constructions comes to nothing. And actually it is.

That decision violates one of the basic principles of law. Property is dealt with only by court. And the only institution that has the right to confiscate is the court, not the government.

Nëse Salillari i shkon deri në fund dhe fiton gjyqin Edi Rama diskretitohet. Pastaj të gjithë ndërtuesit, që u janë sekuestruar pallatet pa leje do bëjnë të njëjtën gjë. Kryeministrit do t’i mbeten në dorë vetem copat e letrës së konfiskimeve, që firmoste për propagande para kamerave.

Kompania Salillari është një nga përfituesit më të mëdhenj të fondeve publike në Shqipëri.

Në 3 vitet e fundit ka marrë nga thesari 9.1 miliardë lekë.

Këto janë pagesa të ekzekutuara, që i kanë shkuar në llogari sepse vlera e tenderave të marra është shumë më e madhe se kaq.

Beyond that, Salillari is a 50 percent shareholder in one of the most profitable concessions in Albania, the Durres-Kukes road.

Now the question arises: After receiving so many good things from Rama, will Salillari break Edi Rama? If so, the prime minister is only strong with the poor and weak with money.
