Ministria e Financave ka publikuar në lidhje me rivlerësimin, çmimet e referencës për 12 qarqet e vendit, të ndara sipas zonave kadastrale në çdo bashki. Rivlerësimi këtë herë do të ketë një takim prej 5%, nga 15% që është aktualisht. Qarku Vlorë, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 28.400 lekë deri në 200.000 lekë. Qarku Berat, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 46.000 lekë deri në 75.000 lekë. Qarku Tiranë, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 10.500 lekë deri në 228.400.000 lekë. Qarku Elbasan, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 43.500 lekë deri në 60.000 lekë. Qarku Korçë, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 23.800 lekë deri në 70.000 lekë. Qarku Fier, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 32.000 lekë deri në 62.000 lekë. Qarku Durrës, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 43.000 lekë deri në 200.000 lekë. Regarding prices for the Shkodra region, reference prices per square meter range from 10,500 lek in Fushë-Arrëz, to 75,000 lek in zones 4 and 6 of the Shkodra Municipality.

Reference prices for the Lezha region range from 33,500 lekë in the Rubik Municipality, to 70,000 lekë in the Tala and Shëngjin areas of the Lezha Municipality.

While in the Kukës district, reference prices range from 32,000 lekë in Bajram Curri of the Tropoja Municipality, to 58,000 lekë in Kukës ./ CNA
