Duke filluar nga 1 janari i vitit 2026 deri më 30 shtator të të njëjtit vit, qytetarët dhe bizneset do të rivlerësojnë pronat, në bazë të çmimeve të tregut. Ministria e Financave ka publikuar në lidhje me rivlerësimin, çmimet e referencës për 12 qarqet e vendit, të ndara sipas zonave kadastrale në çdo bashki. Rivlerësimi këtë herë do të ketë një takim prej 5%, nga 15% që është aktualisht. Qarku Vlorë, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 28.400 lekë deri në 200.000 lekë. Qarku Berat, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 46.000 lekë deri në 75.000 lekë. Qarku Tiranë, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 10.500 lekë deri në 228.400.000 lekë. Qarku Elbasan, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 43.500 lekë deri në 60.000 lekë. Qarku Korçë, çmimet e referencës për metër katror variojnë nga 23.800 lekë deri në 70.000 lekë.
