4 demands of the protesters/ Berisha: Urgent motion with debate with Rama

DP leader Sali Berisha has requested a debate motion with Prime Minister Edi Rama on the protesters' 4 demands.

"Today, Albanians in the four corners of the world expect immediate responses to the demands of hundreds of thousands of young Albanians who have been in an epic protest for 12 days with a series of just demands with which they aim for nothing other than to save Albania from a man who considers the state and the country as his personal property, to save the Albanian environment from nature that is being destroyed on all four sides, to save the heritage of the nation that is suffering equal attacks from oligarchs and lobbies close to Rama.

"They are young Albanians who are 100% sincere in their protest, they want to put their dream in place, to make Albania, let's not deal with anything else, but with the fulfillment of their demands, I urgently request a motion with debate with your leader, I urgently request that the parliament have on the agenda the demands that are absolutely legitimate, since the laws you have changed are unconstitutional," Berisha said in the Assembly./ CNA
