From the conversations, the Prosecution has noted their cooperation with the aim of locating Fatmir Hyseni, Armando Sulejmani and other persons associated with them.

From the context of the conversations, it is noted that Emiljano Shullazi has suspicions that these two people were involved in the murder of Edison Harizaj, an event that occurred on November 6, 2018, in Durrës.

Harizaj, who was otherwise known as 'Edison Faqeddjeguri' or even 'Edison of the 7 Palaces' in Vlora.

His murder occurred in the beach area, on the street known as 'Rruga e Çamëve', and his friend, Genci Caci, was also injured in the shooting.

The Audi vehicle, in which Edison Harizaj and Genci Caci were traveling, was shot with a Kalashnikov rifle.

39-year-old Edison Harizaj, who has been listed as involved in several criminal events in the country.

He was Emiljano Shullazi's right-hand man and was sentenced to 10 years in prison for murder. A sentence he completed in 2010.

Emiljano Shullazi exchanged messages with Satilno Basho in April 2020, also discussing other issues, such as the murder of Leonard Duka.

From the communications it appears that on that day Durim Bami went to the place where it was thought that Arben Ndoka might come with the intention of killing the latter.

He waited until noon, but Ndoka did not arrive.

A day later, Durim Bami communicates with Dokle to learn new information about the movements of former MP Ndoka.

Endrit tells Dokle that he will pay any amount to get this information, but there was no new information.

Despite their efforts, the assassination of Arben Ndoka was not carried out.

On the other hand, Ervis Martinaj, allied with Ndoka, was also in pursuit of his fiercest opponents, the Duka brothers, where Ervis Martinaj's group is said to have hatched a plan to kill Fatmir Hyseni, known as 'Doçja', and his brother Armand Hyseni.
