The perpetrator of the November 13th assault in Bulqiza has been arrested by the police. The following statement states that citizen HB, 32 years old, has been arrested.

He attempted to kill with a firearm, leaving his peer with the initials AT, a resident of Bulqiza, injured. The firearm, a pistol type, with 5 cartridges, was seized as material evidence.

The perpetrator of the incident that occurred on November 13, where he attempted to shoot a 32-year-old man, who was injured, has been arrested and taken into custody.

Specialists for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, at the Dibër Local Police Directorate, detained wanted citizen HB, 32 years old, resident of Bulqizë.

His detention was carried out after, on November 13, 2025, it is suspected that after a previous conflict, this citizen attempted to kill with a firearm, leaving citizen AT, 32 years old, resident of Bulqiza, injured.

A firearm, a pistol type, with 5 rounds of ammunition was seized as material evidence.
