Gunfire is fired at a vehicle in Shkodra

Gunfire was reported in Shkodra this evening. A vehicle was shot at on the Shkodra-Hani i Hotit road, near the Koplik roundabout.

The vehicle appears to have been shot while moving and to escape the bullets it crashed into the curb of a gas station. According to information, the driver of the vehicle left his car there and drove away. 

One side of the car is damaged due to collisions that may have occurred either with the perpetrators' car or in another place. The tires are also completely damaged. Meanwhile, the car has 5 bullets in its rear, in the trunk area.

According to sources, the incident occurred after a momentary conflict over overtaking, where at first the drivers argued while walking and then one of them shot at the vehicle in question. Police are continuing their investigations to identify the perpetrators and fully clarify the incident. /CNA
