A 26-year-old citizen has been arrested in flagrante delicto for selling narcotics divided into doses in the Shëngjin area. 

Citizen RL was arrested for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics". 

During the police operation, cannabis, a narcotic substance found on him during a physical search and search of his apartment, was also seized.
