They used two bars and a hotel for prostitution/ 4 arrested in Fier

The police of Fier have blocked 3 premises (2 bars and a hotel), which were used for illegal activities, prostitution.

As a result of this operation, 4 owners of these premises were arrested, while 8 other citizens were prosecuted.

Ended/Finalized the coded police operation "Bazat".

The operation follows a months-long investigation with proactive methods, by the Illegal Traffic Investigation Section of DVP Fier and the Prosecutor's Office of Fier.

3 premises (2 bars and a hotel), made available for the practice of prostitution, are blocked.

Vihen në pranga 4 pronarët e këtyre ambienteve, të cilët bashkëpunonin me njëri-tjetrin, për kryerjen e kësaj veprimtarie të paligjshme.

Të implikuar në këtë veprimtari të paligjshme edhe 8 shtetas të tjerë, të cilët u proceduan penalisht.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Trafiqeve të Paligjshme të Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Fier, pas një hetimi disamujor, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë e Fierit, të mbështetur nga inteligjenca informative, siguruan prova për disa ambiente të vëna në dispozicion të ushtrimit të veprimtarisë së kundërligjshme të prostitucionit.

Në bazë të këtyre provave të siguruara gjatë hetimit proaktiv, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Fier caktoi masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, për 4 shtetas që kishin në administrim lokale dhe hotele të vëna në dispozicion për ushtrim të prostitucionit.

Pas caktimit të këtyre masave, specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Trafiqeve të Paligjshme të DVP Fier organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar “Bazat”.

Si rezultat i këtij operacioni, u ekzekutua masa e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, për veprat penale “Mbajtja e lokaleve për prostitucion” dhe “Shfrytëzimi i prostitucionit”, për 4 shtetas, banues në Fier, konkretisht:

-N. G., 69 vjeç dhe B. M., 71 vjeçe, pronarë të një lokali në lagjen “Kastriot”;

-N. A., 63 vjeçe, pronare e një lokali në lagjen  “Kastriot”;

-T. H., 69 vjeç, pronar i një hoteli në lagjen “16 prilli”.

From the investigations carried out as part of the "Basics" operation, it was found that these 4 citizens, in cooperation with each other, during the period May 2022-February 2023, had put the 2 bars and the hotel they owned, available for the exercise of the activity illegal prostitution.

Also, for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for 8 citizens, suspected to be involved in this activity.

The work continues for the identification and prosecution of other citizens implicated in this case.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier, for further actions./CNA.al
