He incited a 13-year-old to commit theft/ The young man is arrested, three

A 23-year-old man has been arrested by the capital's police after inciting a minor to commit theft.

The 13-year-old, who stole the items at the instigation of JK, and two other minors, who are the buyers, are under investigation.

4 skateboards, suspected of being stolen, are seized.

Tirana/The police operation codenamed "Influenza" is finalized.

 

A 23-year-old man who incited a 13-year-old to steal has been identified and arrested.

 

A 13-year-old boy, suspected of being the perpetrator of a series of thefts in the capital, as well as two other citizens who bought the stolen items from the minors, are under investigation.

 

4 skateboards, suspected of being stolen, are seized.

 

Following the investigative and operational work, with the objective of identifying and bringing the perpetrators of the thefts to criminal responsibility, the services of Police Commissariat No. 1 finalized the "Influenza" operation, within the framework of which:

 

-citizen JK, 23 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested;

-two 13-year-olds and citizen Sh. M., 48 years old, were released on bail.

 

The investigations suspect that citizen JK continuously encouraged one of the 13-year-olds prosecuted to commit theft, while the other minor and citizen Sh. M. appropriated the stolen items.

 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further action./ CNA
