Elvis Shkambi's uncle arrested/ Threatened to kill the judge if his nephew

The 49-year-old was arrested after making threatening statements in the media against representatives of the judicial system.

Immediately after the threatening statements made in the media by citizen Gj. Sh., 49 years old, the Serious Crimes Sector, in cooperation with the services of the Shkodra Regional Anti-Terror Unit and with the support of the services of the Shkodra DVP Special Force "Eagle", arrested and escorted the 49-year-old to the Police Station.

Following the procedural actions, led by the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, the arrest in flagrante delicto of citizen Gj. Sh., 49 years old, resident of Shkodra, was made.

The procedural materials will be referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Threat to a judge" and "Threat to commit acts with terrorist intent. Continued...
