Wanted by Kosovo authorities for criminal activity/ 34-year-old man in handcuffs in Cërrik

A 34-year-old man was arrested after being declared internationally wanted by Kosovo authorities for criminal activity in the field of narcotics.

The arrested person is citizen AS, a resident of Cërrik.

The Basic Court of Peja has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on him, for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotics" and "Production and sale of narcotics".

In continuation of the work to locate, capture and detain wanted citizens, the Narcotics Investigation Section of the Elbasan Police Department, in cooperation with the Cërrik Police Commissariat, located, captured and arrested, with the aim of extradition to Kosovo, the citizen:

AS, 34 years old, resident of Cërrik.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Basic Court of Peja assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Cultivation of narcotics" and "Production and sale of narcotics".

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Kosovo authorities, carried out the procedures for the extradition of the 34-year-old. /CNA
