The "Maliq-Lozhan" road axis was not maintained, causing danger and difficulties for road users; the administrator of the contracted entity is being prosecuted.

The defendant is a 48-year-old BiH citizen, residing in Tirana.

The proceedings against him are related to the criminal offense of "Abuse of office".

Announcement:

Specialists from the Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section of the Korça DVP referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against the BH citizen, 48 years old, residing in Tirana, for the criminal offense of "Abuse of office".

This citizen, with the duty of administrator, through the economic operator contracted for the maintenance of the "Maliq-Lozhan" road axis, is suspected of not having provided the cleaning and salting service of this axis, causing danger and difficulties for road users.

The procedural materials were referred to the Korça Prosecutor 's Office for further action./CNA
