The director of the local police of Lezha, Alfred Elezi, has given details of the murder recorded this Wednesday afternoon in the village of Balldre.

Elezi has shown in a statement to the media that the police have two lines of investigation. This is because it is suspected that the incident took place for revenge or blood feud.

"Today around 18:30 we received the notification that I made to Nikolin Marku Lestakaj. An investigative team has been set up by the police services, and in full coordination with the prosecution, they are working on the case and identifying the perpetrator. We are still investigating. We suspect revenge or blood feud", declared Elezi.

He emphasized that he cannot provide more details, as the police are still in the early stages of the investigation./ CNA.al
