5548 kg of contraband goods from Belgium/ Two people are handcuffed

Citizens with the initials E. Ç., 45 years old and NH, 58 years old, were arrested by the police after finding that they were smuggling goods from Belgium to Albania.

The Blues have seized an amount of 5548 kg, smuggled clothes which were stored in a building that was managed by the citizen E. Ç.

Also, the police announced the release of the wife of one of the arrested, the citizen with the initials L. Ç., 45 years old.

The discovery comes thanks to the police operation named "Fake delivery". 

" One citizen who transported smuggled goods from Belgium to Albania and another citizen who stored the goods in the entity he managed were arrested. 

The 45-year-old's wife is being processed at large.

Various clothes, suspected to be smuggled, with a total weight of 5548 kg were seized.

As a result of this operation, citizens E. Ç., 45 years old and NH, 58 years old, both residents of Tirana, were arrested.

The citizen L. Ç., 45 years old, was also processed in a free state.

During the control exercised in the subject under administration by the citizen E. Ç., the Police services found various suspected smuggled clothing, which had been transported from Belgium to Albania, by the citizen NH"/ CNA
