The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has rejected the request of the citizen Alma K., who appeared in the video of the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici.

Thus, the GJKKO Appeal upheld the measure of house arrest for Alma K.

The decision was taken by judge Saida Dollani, who also approved the decision that leaves Safet Gjicin in prison.

We recall that Alma K. asked for the relaxation of the security measure. In the request addressed to the Special Court of Appeal, she asked for the change of the "house arrest" measure, as she claims that she is the only one who brings income to the family".
