An accident occurred in the city of Saranda. The police announced that a minor was hit by a "Jeep" type vehicle.

The police have identified and escorted the driver of the vehicle, the citizen with the initials AS 69 years old, who lives in Germany.

It is reported that the minor was transported to the hospital and is under the care of doctors, out of danger for life.

The Blues inform that the investigative group is at the scene of the incident and is continuing the investigative actions for the complete clarification of the circumstances and the cause of the accident.

"In neighborhood no. 1, Sarandë, AS citizen, 69 years old, resident of Sarandë, allegedly driving his "Jeep" type vehicle hit a 4-year-old minor child, resident in Germany.

The 4-year-old was taken to the hospital for the necessary medical assistance and is out of danger.

The driver of the vehicle was escorted to the Police Station for further action.
