The Tirana court extends the investigations for Alda Klosi/ 3 more months of detention for the former official

The court of Tirana has extended the deadlines of the investigations and the detention by 3 months of Alda Klos, the former official of the Ministry of Finance.

Thus, the Court has accepted the request of the Prosecution. 

Klos's lawyer, Arbër Hoxha, said that his client's will was to drop the request of the Prosecution to postpone the investigations.

"The practice of staying in prison continues until we find evidence against you, while the opposite should work," he told the media.

This is because the lawyer claims that in 6 months there is no evidence, no concrete investigation about the origin of the money found in Rozerta Dobi's house.
