Karamuço takes stock/ 27 murders in 2023, 10 of the victims are women

Criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço

The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has taken stock of the serious criminal events that the victims have registered.

Through a status on social networks, Karamuço stated that in 2023 a total of 27 murders were registered. He emphasized that 10 of the murder victims are women.

"In the first 7 months of this year, a total of 27 murders occurred. The worst part of this year's figures is that 10 of the victims are women (including today's event in Durrës)" , wrote the criminalistics expert.

Karamuço made this assessment after today's event in Durrës, where a 32-year-old woman was found dead under the Dajlan Bridge with signs of violence.

According to the police, the young woman had died due to injuries received on her body by a cutting tool./ CNA.al
