The court of Elbasan decided today the security measure "Arrest with prison" for the two Russian citizens and the Ukrainian who attacked the two soldiers at the Arms Factory in Gramsh.

In a statement to the media, the lawyer assigned to the Russian citizen, Mikhail Zorin, Demir Çiftja stated that his client has not accepted the charges.

The lawyer said that he requested materials from the prosecutor's office regarding the accusations of espionage, but they were not made available to him.

He stated that his client has requested a softer security measure.

 " This situation will remain under investigation in the future. I do not know. He gave the clarifications. His explanations are investigative secret. I have requested that the person protected by me had a conflict with the two soldiers because he felt violated. He used a chili pepper spray. This was the event. And for this they have accused him of opposing the employees.

There is also another charge of espionage. The prosecution did not make it clear. We asked to familiarize ourselves with the material. But the prosecution falls short and says we have evidence. My client pleaded not guilty. He asked for a milder security measure" , he said./ CNA.al
