The Bishop of the Diocese of Rrëshen, Dom Gjergj Meta, has reacted regarding the announcement of Luiza Gegë as the European champion in athletics.

 Dom Gjergj Meta congratulates Luiza on the victory, while saying that she has made herself proud and she has made Albania ashamed.
