The General Secretary of Regional Cooperation, Majlinda Bregu, commemorated today the European day for victims of violence.

Through a post on Twitter, she brought back to attention a video made almost three years ago, based on a true story, written by Agron Tufa, presented in the "Memo Albania" project of Ema Andreas, where Bregu was engaged as a woman, as a public figure, and as General Secretary of Regional Cooperation, to convey through memory, anti-communist messages.

Ç'ka e ka bërë edhe sot, në ditën europiane të kujtesës për viktimat ndaj dhunës.

Bregu ka sjellë, krahas videos edhe disa fakte për të shkuarën e hidhur komuniste: "1944 - 1991 mbi 6.000 shqiptarë u ekzekutuan në Shqipëri, me pushkatim e varje.

Trupat e tyre nuk iu kthyen asnjëherë familjeve për varrim. Ishin 5.577 burra, 450 gra, 1 milionë vite burg për 34 mijë të burgosur politikë"- ka shkruar Bregu./CNA.al
