Euphoric Rama: We left Germany behind

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his speech, during the reception ceremony as a sign of gratitude for the European champion, Luiza Gega, appeared euphoric.

While showing that it was the first meeting with the new ambassador of the European Union Delegation in our country, Christiane Hohmann, Rama said that Albania left Germany today. Rama told the audience that Gega beat a German woman, leaving her behind in the obstacle race.

 "This achievement leaves you speechless. I'm glad that today I had the chance to introduce myself to the new EU ambassador in Albania, whom I asked to stay to win a European championship that defeated a German. It is not often that we leave Germany behind. Some time ago they said we are the second after Germany. But today in this hall, Germany is second after Albania", said Rama./ AE-CNA.al
