The lawyer of the Ukrainian citizen Fedir Alpatov, caught in the Gramsh plant and suspected of espionage, has categorically denied his client's cooperation with the Russian intelligence services.

During a statement to the media, Lawyer Saimir Vishaj said that he requested the invalidity of the statements during the interrogation, as he was questioned in Russian, when his native language is Ukrainian.

Similarly, Vishaj said that the police failed as the criminal offense was registered for 5 criminal offences, currently the court has deemed 2 valid.

According to him, there is no criminal fact because the photos were taken in areas where there were no signs.
"His language has been denied. He cannot be asked in Russian when his official language is Ukrainian. The person who is a foreign citizen is asked in his native language.

We requested the invalidity of his statement.
