Two Albanians, aged 40 and 21 years, have fallen into the hands of the Hellenic police, after they assaulted the police officers and caused material damage to the patrol car.

The Greek media  reports that the two arrested Albanians are father and son and that the duo is expected to appear before the court to be notified of the sentence.

The event happened on Thursday evening, July 14 in Thessaloniki.

The police went to the neighborhood where the two Albanians lived, after receiving a call about disturbing the public peace, as the Albanian family had organized a party at home with music, which annoyed the neighbors, who called the police.

But apparently the Albanian family did not take the arrival of the policemen well, and as a result the father and son who were arrested attacked the policemen and damaged their patrol car with stones. Among other things, the Greek media report that the Albanian family belongs to the Roma community. /CNA.al
