The police have announced that the citizen T.Sh, 33 years old, who was wanted following the investigation into the wounding of the 20-year-old in a hotel room on the Durrës-Tirana highway, has been handcuffed.

For this citizen, the Court of the Judicial District of Durrës, with the decision dated 12.07.2022, has set the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Possessing without permission and the production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Disqualification" of crime" and "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth". 

Nga veprimet hetimore të kryera për ngjarjen e ndodhur më datë 8.12.2021, në ambientet e dhomës së një hoteli në autostradën Durrës-Tiranë, ka rezultuar se shtetasi T. Sh. ka qenë bashkë me shtetasit M. B., A. B. dhe A. S., në ambientet e dhomës ku mbeti i plagosur shtetasi A. S., 20 vjeç, me armën e zjarrit që dyshohet se i përkiste shtetasi T. Sh. 

Nga veprimet hetimore të kryera për ngjarjen e ndodhur më datë 8.12.2021, në ambientet e dhomës së një hoteli në autostradën Durrës-Tiranë, ka rezultuar se shtetasi T. Sh. ka qenë bashkë me shtetasit M. B., A. B. dhe A. S., në ambientet e dhomës ku mbeti i plagosur shtetasi A. S., 20 vjeç, me armën e zjarrit që dyshohet se i përkiste shtetasi T. Sh. 

Pas ngjarjes janë arrestuar në flagrancë shtetasit: 

A. B., 22 vjeçe, për veprat penale “Armëmbajtja pa leje”, “Veprime që pengojnë zbulimin e së vërtetës” dhe “Moskallëzimi i krimit”. Kjo shtetase, menjëherë pas ngjarjes, ka marrë armën e zjarrit dhe e ka fshehur në pjesën e pasme të hotelit;

E. H., 66 vjeç, për veprën penale “Moskallëzimi i krimit”, pasi ka strehuar shtetasen A. B., ndërkohë që ka patur dijeni për ngjarjen.

Also, after the event, a UK citizen, 26 years old, was declared wanted, who allegedly shot the AS citizen, in the premises of the hotel room. The 26-year-old MB was arrested on 20.01.2022, as part of the police operation coded "Linza".
