The court seizes the property of the gardener/ Doubts  

The Court of First Instance in Lushnje has imposed the property insurance measure "Preventive sequestration" on the assets of a citizen, with the initials MK

It is learned that the decision was taken at the request of the Lushnje prosecutor's office, as it is suspected that the property in question was purchased with income that is not justified by legal sources.

Notice of the prosecution:

At the request of the Lushnje Prosecutor's Office, the Lushnje Court of First Instance has imposed the property security measure "Preventive seizure" on:

-Real estate with no. 5/2**+1-4*, zk8***, Tirana, type "apartment" with an area of ??103m2;

Mbi bazën e referimit nga Drejtoria Vendore e Policisë Fier, Prokuroria pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë Lushnjë ka regjistruar dhe po kryen hetime për procedimin penal nr.589 të vitit 2018, regjistruar për veprën penale “Pastrimi i produkteve të veprës penale ose veprimtarisë kriminale” parashikuar nga neni 287 i Kodit Penal, që bën fjalë për pasurite në zotërim të shtetasit M.K., i dënuar për kryerjen e veprës penale të parashikuar nga neni 283 i Kodit Penal, si dhe pasuritë në emër të të afërmve të tij.

Nga hetimet e kryera deri tani ka rezultuar se shtetasi M.K. zotëron në mënyrë të tërthortë pasurinë e paluajtshme me nr. 5/2**+1-4*, z.k.8***, Tiranë, e llojit “apartament” me sipërfaqe 103m2, e cila dyshohet se është blerë me të ardhura që nuk justifikohen me burime të ligjshme.

In function of the preliminary investigations of this criminal proceeding, based on the request of the prosecution, the Court of First Instance Lushnjë with the decision no. 111 (1310), dated 07.06.2022, has decided: "The imposition of the property insurance measure "Preventive Sequestration" on real estate no. 5/2**+1-4*, zk8***, Tirana, type "apartment" with a surface area of ??103m2.

Pursuant to the court decision and article 274 et seq. of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the prosecutor issued an execution order, which was sent for execution/implementation to the judicial police services of the Fier Local Police Directorate and the State Cadastre Agency.

Investigations into this criminal proceeding continue.
