Silencers, police radios, ammunition/ Sophisticated weapons base discovered in

7 firearms, 4 silencers, military ammunition, combs, suspected narcotics, 2 police radios, gloves, 7 masks, a knife, suspected forged documents, foreign license plates and 2 vehicles were seized by the Police in Tirana.

The police announce that they have arrested 2 citizens identified by the initials K. Gj., 25 years old and FK, 22 years old, currently living on rent in Tirana.

"Police services, on the "Gjergj Fishta" boulevard, have stopped the vehicle driven by the citizen K. Gj., who during the physical check, found and seized, as material evidence, a pistol firearm.

Following the actions, during the control exercised in 2 different apartments, rented by this citizen (in one of which the citizen FK lived), the Police services found and seized, as material evidence, 4 firearms, pistols . 2 vehicles used by the arrested citizens.

We are working on the identification and capture of other persons involved in this criminal activity", the Police announcement states./ CNA.al
