Ilirian Muho, avokati i Alda Klosit, ka tentuar të rrëzojë akuzat e prokurorisë, në lidhjet me paratë e gjetura në shtëpinë e pastrueses Rozeta Dobi.
Avokati ka ripërsëritur qëndrimin e Klosit, se janë vjedhur 120 mijë euro dhe 30 mijë dollaër që kanë qenë të xhaxhait të saj.
Sipas tij, pastruesja e ka ndërruar dëshminë katër herë duke thënë versione të ndryshme.
Muho pretendon se pastruesja ka dhënë dëshmi të pavërteta, për të arritur objektin e saj.
Avokati pranon se Alda Klosi ka pasur konflikte me bashkëshortin, ashtu siç ka deklaruar pastruesja, por nuk pranon se ajo ka inskenuar grabitjen.
Ndër të tjera avokati ka sulmuar prokurorinë me argumentin se ka kryer arrestime pa bërë më parë verifikimet e dëshmisë së Rozeta Dobit.
“Nëse ka marrëveshje mes Dobit dhe prokurorisë, do të ishte një marrëveshje e flliqur”, ka thënë avokati./CNA.al
