Shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Korçë, pas marrjes së njoftimit se në lagjen nr. 15, Korçë, në një lokal, një shtetas kishte kanosur me armë zjarri pronarin e lokalit, gjatë një konflikti midis tyre, kanë organizuar punën me qëllim kapjen e autorit të dyshuar.
Si rezultat i veprimeve të mirëkoordinuara u bë arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasit, J. P., 49 vjeç, banues në Korçë, i dënuar më parë për veprat penale "Kanosja për shkak të detyrës" dhe "Drejtimi i automjeteve në mënyrë të parregullt".
