60,000 euro fraud with cloned cards/ 23-year-old man in handcuffs in Tirana, 3

The Tirana police have arrested the 23-year-old with the initials EM, after he promised citizens through online platforms, cloned bank cards, in exchange for monetary values. 

From the investigations, it was found that for a period of 1 year, about 100 Albanian citizens and EU countries were deceived on the online platform, advertising that they would sell you cloned bank cards, against monetary values, which were carried out in installments.

The amounts benefited by the authors from this activity reach the figure of 60 thousand euros.

Citizens EF, 22 years old, EN, 22 years old, and RM, 22 years old, all three residents of Tirana, are also under investigation.
