Leonard Duka, the sworn enemy of Ervis Martinaj, known as "Prince Damian", was extradited to Albania this Friday.

He was extradited from Belgium, where he had been arrested since February 14, 2023.

Leonard Duka was declared internationally wanted by order of SPAK, after an investigation that revealed a series of criminal events in Albania.

His name was among the 50 arrest warrants of the Special Prosecutor's Office, after the disclosure of encrypted communications in the "SKY ECC" application. 

Leonard Duka is currently being tried for the murder of ex-policeman Santiago Malko, one of Ervis Martinaj's most trusted men.

SPAK has filed 5 serious charges against the head of the "Duka" clan.

The Special Prosecutor's Office accuses "Prince Damian" of the criminal offenses of "Intentional murder", committed in the special form of cooperation, "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", "Providing the conditions for murder", " Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group".

The Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, at the request of SPAK, assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison"./ CNA
