The American Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, has announced that at the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of NATO, they will discuss the situation in the Western Balkans, Ukraine, Gaza and the Middle East.
Blinken announced the news in a press release.
We have a lot of work to do, as you said, in the Western Balkans, with our NATO partners from all over the world, Blinken said.
"It is always very good to return to Belgium, to Brussels, here in NATO. It has become almost like a second home over the past three years. But I think it's a testament to the fact that what we're doing with the NATO Alliance is more important than ever. We will strongly reaffirm our support for Ukraine as it continues to face Russia's war of aggression. We will look to next year's summit in Washington to celebrate NATO's 75th anniversary, but not only to celebrate that anniversary to continue, to move the Alliance forward, including the commitments its members are making to our defense collective. We have a lot of work to do, as you said, in the Western Balkans, with our NATO partners from around the world, including the Asia-Pacific, and of course we'll be talking about the crisis in Gaza and beyond in Middle East," said Blinken./ CNA
