Today before the court the 3 aggressors of the attack in Banjska, the security

The Special Prosecutor's Office has made a request for the appointment of the measure of detention against three VTBS and DM suspects for Sunday's terrorist attack in Banjska i Zveçani.

"The Special Prosecutor's Office announces the opinion that the request has been made against three (3) defendants for the criminal offenses "Serious offenses against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo" from Article 126, and "Commitment of terrorist acts" from Article 129 of Code no. .06/L-074 Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the criminal offenses "Serious offenses against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo" from Article 126, and "Committing terrorist acts" from Article 129, related to Article 33 of Criminal Code no. 06/L-074 of the Republic of Kosovo", says the notice of the Prosecutor's Office. 

The court session is expected to take place today at 10:00 a.m. at the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department.

In Sunday's attack in Banjska, policeman Afrim Bunjaku was killed and 4 aggressors were killed. Kosovo Police announced that over 30 people were part of the terrorist group, some of whom crossed the border and entered Serbian territory.
